- To maintain a record of clients, supervises, and trainees I am working with

- To facilitate effective communication with clients, supervises, and trainees via phone and email

- To document session notes when deemed appropriate or beneficial

- To issue invoices and receipts to clients, supervises, trainees, and organisations

- To promote events, workshops, or relevant information that may interest clients, supervises, trainees, and organisations

- To distribute evaluation forms for assessing my practice

 

Data Security Measures:

- I exclusively use electronic hardware that is under my control

- E-communication platforms employed have the highest encryption and security standards

- All electronic devices are protected with passwords and antivirus software

- Physical documents are either monitored or stored in a locked area that is accessible only to me

- Any correspondence received via letter, email, text, or phone is deleted when it is no longer necessary

 

Confidentiality Agreement:

All information shared with me during the course of this service will remain confidential, except in cases where there is a significant risk of harm to yourself or others. I am ethically and legally obligated to disclose information to a third party in specific situations as part of my 'Safeguarding Policy,' which is available upon request.
